Taylor for Maryland has concluded its campaign. The provisionals are in, and I came up 93 votes short for the 9th seat. Congratulations to Mayor Heath Barnes, and congratulations to school board candidate Heather Fletcher who topped the ticket with the most votes of anyone. Well earned.

I’m proud of the campaign we ran. Thank you to Christian Browning, Samantha Fangmeyer, Logan Cole, and Heather for working with me. And to Jay Kaminsky, Pat Oliver, and Glo Eldridge for coordinating a door-knocking effort for all the candidates that carried us further than we could’ve gone alone.

Thank you to Cindy Rose, who as president of the Republican Women of Frederick County quietly glues so much of this together. And thank you to Justin Wages, whose vision as FCRCC Chairman is building a party that’s ready to win this county. Thank you to my beloved husband, Sam Taylor, for being my campaign treasurer and giving me moral support throughout.
